How does online ordering work?
Is it safe? What if there are mistakes?


Some internet sites are set up in such a way that once you hit "submit" your order goes immediately to their site for processing. The same occurs when you put your envelope in the mail. Once in the box - it's gone!

  2. Complete the requested information for your order
  3. View a proof
  4. Proceed to the shopping cart
  5. View your shopping cart content before final purchase. At this time you can adjust the quantity or remove (delete) any or all items
  6. You will be asked for credit card information to pay for your order. We accept Master Card and VISA. This transaction is protected by Verisign and is completely safe
  7. After you click on "Submit" your order is directed to us for processing
  8. You will then receive a phone call from an Invitation Consultant who will review your order item-by-item and offer further suggestions on wording, fonts, etc.  All of your questions will be answered!
  9. Your order will then go into production and depending on the company, will ship in 7-10 working days.  You will receive emails advising when it ships and the tracking number.
  10. We guarantee satisfaction of your order.


If it's our mistake, we fix it! If it's yours, we fix it, sometimes at no charge. Your satisfaction is our goal!
